Regents Theological College begain life as Elim Bible College in 1925. It was the vision of George Jeffreys, founder of the Elim Pentecostal Church, to provide a venue in which men and women could be trained for Christian ministry, especially in the fast-growing Elim Movement. The original College was in Clapham, London in a former convent. The College moved to a nineteenth century stately home in 1965 and then to its current campus in Nantwich in 1987. In 1996 the name was changed to Regents Theological College recognising that many of the students were drawn from a range of Christian denominations, although maintaining its distinctive Pentecostal/Charismatic ethos.
The College is validated at undergraduate level by the University of Wales and at Postgraduate level by Bangor University.
Over the years thousands of students have passed through its doors and the Colllege has itself been a door into Christian ministry in all its forms for a succession of students. The College continues to prepare men and women for kingdom service and would value the opportunity to do so for you. Please prayerfully consider your future in God and consider whether God is calling you to some kind of Christian training. We offer courses that will suit people at all levels and in very flexible formats. If God is calling you to service in His kingdom then consider training here at Regents Theological College.
